Now no more, OVERTHINKING!!!

Over thinking means thinking about a particular thing too much, which can lead to certain disorders also.

When you think too much, instead of acting and doing things, you are overthinking. When you analyze, comment and repeat the same thoughts over and again, instead of acting, you are overthinking.This habit prevents you from taking action. It consumes your energy, disables your ability to make decisions, and puts you on a loop of thinking and thinking over and again.This is a kind of thinking that wastes your time and energy and prevents you from acting, doing new things and making progress in your life.It’s like tying yourself to a rope that is connected to a pole and going in circles again and again.

And when you don't overthink, you work more efficiently and stay in more healthy way.
What is holding people back from the life that they truly want to live?I’d say that one very common and destructive thing is that they think too much.They overthink every little problem until it becomes bigger and scarier than it actually is. They overthink positive things until they don’t look so positive anymore.Or overanalyze and deconstruct things and so the happiness that comes from just enjoying something in the moment disappears.Now, thinking things through can be a great thing of course. But being an overthinker can result in becoming someone who stands still in life.I know, I used to overthink things a lot and it held me back in ways that weren’t fun at all.But in the past 4-5 years or so I’ve learned how to make this issue so small that it very rarely pops up anymore. And if it does then I know what to do to overcome it.

So, this is how one can overcome OVERTHINKING!!!
FIVE-BY-FIVE rule:If anything that upsets you isn't going to be relevant or worth your attention in five years, don't spend more than five minutes upset about it. And I really stopped and thought about it, which keeps me stress free.
Write out your own THOUGHTS:I found  that writing out thoughts, at any time of day, can unload the overthinking mind and help with focus and stress relief. What’s cool about building up a habit of writing in the morning is that is can pre-empt the overthinking mind from ever rearing its ugly head later in the day!

Take a NAP:Naps are under-rated exercise.A twenty-minute can do wonders even.They'll make you feel stress free.


Say STOP in a situation where you know you cannot think straight:Sometimes when I’m hungry or when I’m lying in bed and are about to go to sleep negative thoughts start buzzing around in my mind.In the past they could do quite a bit of damage. Nowadays I’ve become good at catching them quickly and to say to myself.
Keep the EARPLUGS nearby:As music can be said as stress-booster, so one should keep their earplugs nearby and should listen to music to distract their negative way which can sometimes turn into make you a sound sleep.

CARPE DIEM:One should live with the motive of Carpe Diem meaning 'live in present', one should not take a trouble for suffering from his PAST, or should not be worry about the FUTURE also. Living in present implies that one should enjoy each and every moment without worrying about the future planning, it might be successful but it can be a failure too. Life is a GAME,Honey!!!Play it wisely.

    So don't worry about the perfection of your decisions. Be swift to move forward, even if it is in the wrong direction. Boldness is respectable; carefulness has never changed the world.Finally, work to accept that you cannot control everything. This is the aim of your overthinking, and it’s ultimately holding you back. To grow and develop as a person, you need to willingly move out of your comfort zone into places where the unexpected can happen. You also need to be able to learn from mistakes and see them as opportunities for improvement rather than as failures.
